AgenticOS

Software that lets a business run its own social media from one place.

We are a small marketing company based in Kraków, Poland. We build and maintain SocialOS — a hosted service our clients sign in to in order to manage their own Instagram Business accounts and Facebook Pages.

AgenticOS is the trading name of Modus Altos Mikhail Kushnir, a business registered in Poland. SocialOS is the application we develop and support.

What SocialOS does

Our clients are small businesses that need a steady presence on Instagram and Facebook but do not have a marketing team. SocialOS gives them one window for the work: writing and scheduling posts, answering comments and direct messages, and seeing how their own accounts perform.

The client installs the application on their own computer and connects their own accounts. Their content, access tokens and messages stay on that computer — we do not hold them on our servers.

How a client uses it

  1. Connect. The client signs in with Facebook and grants the app access to their own Facebook Page and Instagram Business account. They can disconnect at any time, from the app or from their Facebook settings.
  2. Create. They write a post once and choose which networks it goes to. An optional assistant helps draft and improve the text; anything generated this way can be marked as AI content.
  3. Publish or schedule. The post goes out immediately or at a chosen time, and the app shows the result with a link to the live post.
  4. Respond. Comments and direct messages from both networks arrive in a single inbox, so the client answers from one place.
  5. Measure. The client sees reach, engagement and audience data for their own accounts.

The application

Screenshots from SocialOS. The interface is in Ukrainian — captions explain what each screen shows.

SocialOS settings screen showing connected Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts
Connections. The client links their own Facebook Page, Instagram Business account and LinkedIn profile. Each card shows how long the access token remains valid and offers a “Disconnect” button that removes it immediately.
SocialOS post composer with the publishing status panel
Composer. The client selects networks, writes the post once and publishes or schedules it. A checkbox marks the post as AI-assisted content. On the right, posts that have already been published, each linking to the live post on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
SocialOS inbox showing an Instagram direct message conversation
Inbox. Comments and direct messages from all connected networks in one conversation view. The panel on the right shows that Instagram’s 24-hour reply window has closed for this conversation — the application tracks that window and does not let a reply be sent outside it.
SocialOS analytics screen showing Page metrics and locked audience demographics
Analytics. Engagement and view counts for the client’s own Page. Audience demographics stay locked with a progress indicator until the account reaches 100 followers, which is the threshold Meta sets before that data is made available.

How we handle data

We use the information the application receives from Meta for one purpose only: to provide these features to the client whose accounts are connected. That means showing them their own posts, comments, messages and statistics, and publishing content they wrote or approved.

We do not sell this data. We do not share it with third parties. We do not combine data from different clients. Data is stored on the client’s own computer, and deleting it is described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
